Brand Usage Guidelines
These guidelines govern the appropriate use of the names, logos, and overall brand likeness of Tessell, At Your Terms, Dataflix and Availability Machine.
1.Tessell
Always spell "Tessell" with a capital T and lowercase essell.
Never abbreviate, modify, or combine "Tessell" with other words or brands without prior written permission.
Use "Tessell" only to refer to the official company, its services, or authorized events.
Only use the official, unaltered logo files provided by Tessell.
Maintain clear space around the logo equal to the height of the "T" to ensure visual clarity.
Do not stretch, recolor, add effects, or place the logo over busy backgrounds that compromise legibility.
When in doubt, use the logo in its original full-color format on a white or neutral background.
Any representation of Tessell’s visual identity (colors, fonts, patterns) must adhere to the official brand guidelines.
Promotional use, co-branding, or derivative visuals require prior written approval.
Tessell’s brand should never be used to endorse products, services, or causes without explicit permission.
2.At @ Your Terms
Always capitalize the first letter of each word: @ Your Terms.
Do not modify, abbreviate (e.g., "@YT"), or hyphenate the phrase.
It must always be referenced in connection with Tessell’s flexible, customer-driven service models.
Use only the designated "@ Your Terms" logo variations provided.
Logo must be presented with sufficient clear space and never altered, recolored, or distorted.
When used in conjunction with Tessell’s logo, maintain proper sizing hierarchy (Tessell primary, "@ Your Terms" secondary).
Taglines, visual elements, or campaign assets associated with "@ Your Terms" must be used as supplied without modification.
Avoid implying that "@ Your Terms" is a separate legal entity or brand unless specified.
3.Dataflix
Always write as one word with a capital D: Dataflix.
Do not modify, split, or rebrand "Dataflix" as an independent service unless authorized.
Use only the approved Dataflix logos.
Never create variations or custom graphics that imitate the Dataflix logo.
Logo must appear distinct and not be merged with Tessell’s or third-party logos unless officially co-branded material is provided.
The design style, typography, and other brand elements of Dataflix must match Tessell's broader visual identity guidelines unless stated otherwise.
Any use of Dataflix in media, press releases, advertising, or merchandise must be approved to ensure brand consistency.
4.Availability Machine
Always capitalize both words: Availability Machine.
Never abbreviate (e.g., "AM") or combine with other product names unless officially approved.
The phrase should only be used to refer to Tessell’s proprietary high availability and disaster recovery solution.
Use only the authorized “Availability Machine” logo as provided by Tessell.
Maintain clear space around the logo equivalent to the height of the capital "A".
Do not alter the colors, typography, or aspect ratio of the logo.
“Availability Machine” may be associated with visuals of resilience, uptime, continuity, and cross-cloud failover—but only using approved artwork.
Any appearance of the Availability Machine brand in third-party marketing, media, or co-branded content must receive written approval.
